Admission & Registration

Application form for admission will be available at the school office.
Date of Birth mentioned on the admission form has totally with the documents given as proof for the date of birth.
No changes will be done at any stage later in the name spelling or date of birth until unless legal documents are given for the same.
Three passport size photograph and a photocopy of birth certificate (duly attested by Gazetted Officer) are to be submitted. Birth certificate from Municipal Corporation or appropriate authority will be mandatory.
The documents should be verified and submitted as per the admission notice. All the documents (except Birth Certificate) are to be submitted Duly attested. No admission will be considered until all the requirements are fully met.
Parents will be fully responsible for the information given in the admission form and school management shall not be responsible for any fault on parent’s part.
Parents / guardian must give an undertaking, in writing that they will abide by the rules and regulations of the school and amendments issued thereon from time to time.
A personal interaction with the child will be the main criterion for admission to Nursery and KG.
The School Management does not bind itself to furnish any reason, what so ever, for rejecting any application.
Transfer Certificate from the previous school is must for getting admission in class 1 and above. Date of Birth mentioned on the T.C of previous school will be accepted.
Transfer Certificate only from a recognized school is accepted. If a student comes from different state, the Transfer Certificate must be countersigned by the appropriate authority concerned.
When a child is admitted on a Transfer Certificate basis he /she will be placed in the same class which the transfer Certificate shows him/her to be qualified in the appropriate month of the particular year. He /she will not be promoted before the end of the school year. There can be no relaxation in this rule, as this being a Government Directive.
Birth Certificates /School Leaving Certificate is compulsory for admission to Nursery/Other classes.
