1. Documents required at the time of Admission :
(a) Passport size photograph – (2)
(b) Family Photograph – (1)
(c) Birth Certificate of the child.
(d) Transfer Certificate (after confirming the admission)
2. Once you submit the Enquiry Form, school authorities will communicate you through E-mail / Phone for further proceedings.
3. Please come along with Reference Number (you will get as you submit the form online) and above mention documents during office hours.
